Customer Satisfaction University Award 2012: Quest for an Idea

Among several dozen submitted application forms, our colleagues from Human Resources department checked them out, rated them and chose 12 businesses minded and innovative students, participants of Customer Satisfaction University Award 2012 competition.

Introduction of students, mentors and explanation of project into detail happened on Monday, May 21. During all day event students were divided in 2 groups, depending on category in which they will compete: Implementation or Innovation, 6 of them in each. Later the teams were formed, so we have 3 two member teams per group/category.

We challenged them to walk in our shoes and try to improve customer satisfaction. To be specific, groups are given an elementary challenge: something as simple as modifying or inventing, change a product or create an application. They will have several weeks to decide on idea, elaborate it and prepare to present it.

Over next few weeks, beside their regular tasks, our colleagues Goranka Jarić, Andrea Solar and Aleksandar Naumovski will be team mentors. They will coach, guide, advocate, help students to work together efficiently and act as a facilitators by answering questions, discussing issues, suggesting things.
